Prickly Pear Cactus, Pad – From Southern Arizona.
This Prickly Pear Cactus Pad is in excellent hearty condition & only $9.95! These cactus pedals hold up very well in the heat or cold & don’t need much water once rooted. You should plant them right away when you receive them & dont let them dry out. You and can easily plant them in any dirt about 2″ deep with the cut end down, water them once a week & they will root in a few months. Plus
wear some gloves and use pliers when handling or they may stick you!
They turn purple in the cold winter & turn more blueish in the hot summer time. They produce large yellow flowers in season and have hundreds of tiny thorns.
They measure about 5 – 6″ long per pad and may vary slightly in color from the picture but will be basicly just like what you see. We have many of them available and are very healthy, in new & older growth stages – “see last picture for planting reference only”
Pads will be cut fresh upon ordering & ship USPS first class mail 2-3 days for a flat rate of $5 per pad and $2 per extra. They will be wrapped in paper in the box and have lots of tiny thorns so be very careful when opening.
